We accept the following payment methods:

What are the delivery schedule?

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. Typically, your order will be dispatched within 2 or 3 working days, and your shipment is expected to arrive within 3-6 business days for orders placed in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Europe; and in 7-10 business days for other countries. Your items will be delivered by SF Express in Hong Kong and China PRC, and by the Hong Kong Postal Service / SF Express / UPS to all parts in the world. We use your package weight and product shipping restrictions to match your order with the best courier for your purchase.

Who is responsible for custom duties, taxes and import fees?

All shipments may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs and sales tax) which are set by the country to which delivery is to be made. They will be charged once your package reaches its destination country. We do not collect duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict what these particular charges may be: and in the event you incur these additional charges, neither the courier / postal service or Federico Vignato can be held liable for these charges.

These charges must be paid by the client in order for the package to clear customs.

Can I return my order?

We currently do not accept any returns on our products with the exception of defective items. Defective items do not include damage from wear and tear.
